This WBU is the most attractive and well-supplied one I have visited. Staff are friendly; helpful; resourceful. Also, have stood behind their merchandise when a problem surfaced. This owner is relatively new (a year or so) but has picked up with the same excellent quality supplied by the former owners (the Fores). I'm happy to have them in my neighborhood!

The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! They always help carry the items purchased to the car. I enjoy going to this store.

The staff is always very personable and knowledgeable. They always alert me to specials that are coming up on items that they know I am interested in. This past visit I mentioned that my daughter took me out the night before for my B Day and they brought to my attention an e mail that was sent to me for a B Day discount that I had not known about because I have not looked at my e mails recently. They do not try to push items on me, but give very good advice on what may work as an alternative. It is always a pleasure going to the store

The staff are always more than cordial. They welcome our little granddaughters, who love to visit the store cats. There are no better bird feeding products than WBU!
