The sales associate was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. She answered all of our questions and offered suggestions. She also did not pressure us which contributed to making our visit a comfortable and pleasant experience.

They had my bag of Choice birdseed right at the front of the store. It was easy to reach. The sales lady was friendly and talked to me. We discussed the birds I have seen so far this Fall. Love the store and all of its salespeople.

The store is very welcoming upon entering. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and can recommend items based on your questions. The selection of seed and feeders is superior to other venues that sell bird food and feeders and the staff can offer suggestions based on the area that you are feeding birds and the type of birds specific to your area. I have been shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited for years and will continue to do so.
