The staff is always courteous and remarkably knowledgeable of the product line. On my last visit we realized after ringing up the total that I qualified for a discount that would save me about $10. The staff member realized it and reversed the sale on my card. Then she charged me the revised amount. It took a couple of minutes and she could have just stayed mum about the whole thing. It's this type of trust that keeps me coming back to this very fine establishment.
