I love visiting the store and the staff is really nice. I love the no mess bird food and find its a great product for the value.

Stopped into the store for the seed sale and everything I wanted was available. The store was very busy and staff were assisting customers but I didn't have to wait long until the owner was free and she checked me out. Another staff member was busy with a customer but still took time to greet me and smile. Always good service whether they are busy or not.

All questions were answered. Relevant information given. Additional informative product descriptions with pros and cons.

Carol is such a pleasure. She always has a warm smile on her face and always addresses me by my name. She is quick and efficient at the register.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff at the store. Many varieties of bird food & feeders. Helpful staff offering to carry my items out to my car. Enjoy watching the tv screen which usually has live cams of birds feeding or EagleCam watching their nests.

I don't know of any store that can compare to this one. I love visiting this store. I am always welcomed, everyone is friendly and kind and always helpful. I can always find something new, better, or haven't thought of before. Wonderful folks. Location of store couldn't be better either. Easy to get to on my way home from work. Going here makes me happy!
