This is always a happy shopping experience for me. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Plus I really enjoy feeding & watching my birds year round. So it’s a win, win for all of us.

The staff is very friendly. The store always has what I want. The staff all know me and what I want.

The attendants are always able to answer my questions and give me helpful tips on how to attract more of the birds I want. The store is always full of new items and I can never keep my money in my wallet!

The sunflower seed is always clean as is the thistle seed. The staff is friendly and it a welcoming store. I like the monitor that shows bird nests in real time.

I am always greeted warmly on entering, no matter who is working at the time. I specifically want to mention Carol, who is always extremely helpful and Lisa, the owner. She has been very generous in donating charitable contributions over the years and hopefully my garden club will schedule her as speaker next year. I would recommend the store to my friends and family without hesitation.
