This store has everything I need. Staff (Lisa) provides super friendly service including explanations about certain products and answers to my questions. They now have a live "nest watch" on a large flat screen tv. What a treat to see a bald eagle nest in real time. Unlike other retail trips I need to make, I love going into this store--the appearance, atmosphere, and interactions always make me feel good. They have great nature-related greeting cards too. And they appreciate my stories of new sightings at my feeders.
