The staff is warm and friendly. The merchandise quality is excellent. The overall environment is peaceful and welcoming. I travel across 2 busy towns to go to this store.

I have been shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited for years. I really like the store, the owners, employees, and merchandise. It's a fun place to go to look around. They periodically have talks and presentations, which are very nice.

As always, I find new things. I can discuss birds I have seen. Lots of information is available on a great many things. Staff is superb and I can clearly see that they are thorough, dedicated, and responsive to all their customers.

The products I needed were immediately available. Staff was able to help me load my car as well. I was also able to temporarily park right in front of the store so that I could quickly get on my way.

I went to the store to replace broken items. The associate was extremely helpful and friendly. She even showed me how to fix one of the items myself. I always enjoy visiting this store.
