The staff is always friendly. They were out of the food I wanted and wrote a rain check without my asking. The store always looks inviting with well organized and attractive displays.

The Cherry Hill, NJ store is always a 10 out of 10 in every respect. I do think the receipts are a little difficult to track discounts and coupons on, but I assume that is a corporate software issue.

EVERY time I walk into this Wild Birds Unlimited I am welcomed and offered assistance with my purchases. The staff is friendly, warm and very knowledgable about how to best interact with birds and other wildlife. I would be happy to sit with them and have a cup of tea/coffee for a visit. That's how comfortable they make me feel.
