Every time I go in the store I am greeted by a friendly staff. The story is clean and easy To move about. They always have the products I am in need of.

I love visiting the store. Everyone makes the customer feel welcome, not like a general retail customer. It’s like walking into a small town local store.

They had every product that I needed. They offered to help me take my purchases to my car. They asked if I had anyBirdBucks and strongly urged me to protect the ones I had just earned. A nice touch.

Nice store with knowledgeable friendly people. BUT, they could not honor my percentage off coupon which expired a week or two before my visit. We downsized and don't have room for a 20 lb bag of seed until the old bag is used up. Tried to get the birds to eat faster but they wouldn't cooperate, so my coupon expired before I needed the refill. Wasn't like the coupon was six months old. Cut your customers some slack.

Staff is always helpful and friendly and its is a pleasure to visit the store. If I have any questions, they look up prior items I purchased to make sure what I am purchasing is correct. Great place to shop!
