The employees were very hospitable, friendly and knowledgeable! Not too often do you find that in a retail store anymore.

The staff is always so pleasant and outgoing. They greet me by name when I walk through the door and make me feel like an old, welcomed friend. They know their products and our birds.

WBS is the best in what they do. Lisa, and all her staff, are always available for questions and knowledge and they do it with grace and passion for all nature. It's the BEST store around!!
