Everyone is nice and friendly and pleasant at the store. They have lots of nice gift notions in addition to the bird seed products Carole is especially helpful And so is LIsa

This WBU is close to my house, the people working are always friendly and knowledgeable and the bird seed seems fresh. I like the gift items available as well.

Staff is always cheerful and helpful. I brought in a bird feeder that needed repair. Even though the feeder is advertised as squirrelproof, the squirrels damaged the lid. And rim of the cylinder. The repair surpassed my expectations. The staff also replaced the cloudy and grimy clastic cylinder that holds the feed in the tube. The bird feeder looked as good as brand new.

The cats and staff are such a treat to talk with. Everything, from the front door to the back space where the animals are, is fun to visit. Pleasantness and smiles abound!
