Easy. Attentive, hard working staff, good coordination, I have experienced zero disruption in getting my favorite products and caring for my backyard birding needs. I miss the interaction with the staff of course, but, ingenuity, and careful planning have saved the day. I am very grateful to all the hard working people who make this store so important to me and in keeping the birds happy. Thank you, Lisa, and to everyone in the store!

I always learn something new because the staff is so knowledgeable about birds. Lisa is great- she explains everything in a thoughtful and easy to understand way and is super friendly! This small business is one of my favorites because they love what they do and they care about their customers.
