The people who work in the store are very friendly and helpful! I had a lot of questions and spoke to several people over two separate visits. Everyone was patient and friendly. I was approached several times and asked if I needed any help, which I really appreciated. I’m in love with my new APS feeder pole and feeders!

As a first time customer, I was pleasantly surprised at quality and variety of the merchandise. The staff was so friendly and very knowledgeable. Loved the appearances made by the two beautiful cats and the sweet dachshund. Gives the store a homey feel. I will highly recommend this store to my bird wildlife loving friends. Will definitely make a return visit.

It is always a joy to shop at Wild Birds....the staff is helpful, friendly and go beyond in helping with choices and with assistance to the car.

The staff and Lisa know my typical purchases. Rhey are friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to assist me with finding another window bird feeder by showing me all the different models and mentioning the various pros/cons of each. I did purchase 2 window feeders and a 20lb.of bird food.
