On 2 occasions, staff helped me get my bird feeders super clean - using Clorox soak & store dishwasher after. ALSO, my large tube feeder, my suet box feeder, & my hopper/house feeder were delivered by Scott, Mgr., WBU in Cherry Hill, NJ - after feeders cleaned - resulting in 2 trips to deliver. On 1st trip, hopper/house was removed for cleaning, as I could not get off high pole on. When Scott came back 2nd time - in cold/dark, he filled hopper/house with highly rated bird food (plus used Feeder Fresh I bought - as has been wet & cold lately) that I had selected, & put back on pole. This was extremely helpful & appreciated, as I recently hurt my back/requiring treatment, & both my husband & I are 73. Scott is very pleasant & respectful-seems a rarity these days.
