A gentleman assisted us immediately with an issue we had with the birdfeeder. Feeder needed to have a part ordered which was taken care of immediately and under warranty.

I love going into this store! It is always so peaceful with the birdsongs playing. The variety of products, including local handmade items is fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised to see it open and was so happy I went in.

I have shopped at wild birds for years. The bird seed is quality and the staff is always helpful with my issues. They put a bird feeder back together after I cleaned it and couldn't put it together again. Also helpful with questions about various birds and their habits.
