Highly knowledgeable and friendly

The bird seed that I use regularly was available, easy to grab. I also purchased a leaflet on butterflies. I wanted one on dragonflies, which doesn't exist and was directed to a book on them which was perfect. No one else was in the store and I was able to go in, purchase and leave in just a few minutes.

I really like my local WBU store. Mike is very friendly and offers great advice. I like the selection of seed, feeders, specialty items (baths, houses). I know I can get some products a little cheaper at large box stores, but I know I am getting fresher seed and higher quality items from WBU plus I like the store.
