I needed seed cylinders to fit a certain feeder. The associate was able to look up my past history to see which one I had bought and thus which seed cylinders would fit.

New to the hobby. Loved the choices, and the help from the staff. Some prices a little high, but understandable for a small specialty store. I actually took my wife here for our 16th anniversary for a spending spree. She completely loved it! She was extremely happy.
