Any time I come in the store I find any of the staff to be helpful- offering help if Needed, but not at ALL pushy about any of the products. They also give helpful advice concerning what might work in a certain location or trying to attract a specific bird. I really enjoy shopping here!!

Very knowledgeable staff and very willing to help. Patiently explained items and offered suggestions. At checkout, explained options and offered discounts. Great experience, as I had not been at the store before.

Due to the pandemic, I was very nervous to go into the store, but I had an in store only coupon I wanted to use and I knew what I wanted. I was extremely happy that I was able to make my purchase over the phone and have the item brought to my car, and it was all done with a positive and understanding attitude.
