Love the store, the people and the products, but the prices are often out of my reach, so cannot shop there for everything I would like to, or as often as I would like.

The closing time of 4:00 is difficult for most people who are employed. I have to ask to leave early or come on a Saturday in order to get product.

staff was not as friendly as usual. Didn't seem eager to help. My seed was carried to the car without me asking for help, which was wonderful.

first time since i have been coming to WBU - many many years. I did not feel welcome or that staff was willing to help with minor questions. Nothing that i can actually pin point but staff wasn't the usual caliber of people at WBU.

Got a $5 email coupon for birthday as a member. Did not have it printed but clerk said he would still apply to my purchase. Once home I saw he did not give me the credit. He should not have said he gave it, just say he couldn't without print out.
