The store we visited was out of stock of the suet feeder we were looking for… but the employee we spoke to took our information and will contact us when it is back in stock! Wonderful customer service

Upon a recommendation I purchased $8 reflective tape to keep sparrows away from my bluebird house. Sadly it didn’t work! I did purchase a stabilizer for the birdhouse pole that seems to help.

Sometimes it's just a shopping experience. I don't expect to be highly satisfied with everything or every store visit. Not sure if this is the place, but I wonder if you could offered the same seed maybe packaged in paper rather than plastic. We've already got too much waste plastic, and we used to get seed in multilayer paper bags that would recycle. Thanks.

It was a fine experience. I have breathing problems, so the strong recommendation to wear a mask (which I complied with, since the store was busy and it was difficult to look at desired merchandise and stay 6' from other shoppers) made me uncomfortable.

I discovered a coupon at home the evening after my visit to the store that would have applied to my purchase. I was disappointed that I wasn’t asked whether I had already used this coupon and offered the chance to redeem it.

Nothing specific - there is always room for improvement. Your staff is friendly and knowledgeable - the store was well stocked and my birds love the food I get there.
