There is a lot of new staff at my store. I have Not found them to be as knowledgeable or as friendly as the old staff. I love going in the store to shop and talk about birds. The newer staff wants to check you out and move on. I know They will learn and I do love my store.

Your shell-free bird seed is great, but it is expensive!

just feeders. I have a feeder I bought there a long time ago. The diameter is not available as I was looking for a bottom catch pan for what I have. Did not have nor do they stock. They stock larger and and smaller diameter feeders. Not a big deal in any case. Will have to modify the one I have to have a lower catch type pan.

That's a pretty high bar! Staff is nice enough, but sometimes painfully slow

Out of several things I normally buy. I assume supply chain issues like everywhere else.

On my second bd visit, I was asked if I would like to have mailings to my email address. I wasn’t asked if I would like to have my name and address saved in your computer. I was not given this opportunity on my first visit. It would have been nice to have a coupon for my second visit and not have to wait to use it on a third, if I return in time to use it. Much friendlier person at the register second visit than first.

A new feeder was recommended at the store while I made my purchase of Finch seed. The new feeder I purchased does not appear to be of good quality as it has bent from bird and squirrel activity after only 2 days of use.
