Friendly employees who remember their customers names and are quick to help meet their needs. Lots of interesting items to view in the store. Especially like the bird videos playing in the store.

Your staff always provides helpful information in response to my questions and needs to maintain my bird feeding as well as the other critters we feed (i.e. squirrels, rabbits, and an occasional deer).

I went in to purchase finch seed and hot pepper suet cakes. I was made aware my membership expires in 2 weeks. I Rejoined for $25.00 and received suet and feeder for re-joining. Employees are always so helpful and very pleasant..ALL THE TIME! Thank you

I am a very high risk COVID individual. This is one of very few stores I am comfortable with. The personnel and products make for an overall most enjoyable experience. Everyone is always very pleasant and helpful; there is always an item to satisfy whatever it is that I need to purchase. Plus, it can be very educational and entertaining!
