Staff originally told me about the hot pepper suet because I was having trouble with squirrels getting into my suet feeder. I have been buying ever since.

Bird feeder train-in was easy and flawless. Staff offered to assemble new feeder but I declined. Bought 2 large bags of seed which staff helped me load in car. Redeemed bonus points and received new bonus points for my transaction. Overall a great experience.

I purchased a new feeder with a weather shield. It was recommended by your associate to meet my needs. Now the birds have found it they are happy and so are we.

It’s convenient to my home. Curbside pick up is wonderful since we don’t have to do a thing but call, drive up and items are put in our car. They keep records of what we purchase. Bird buck rewards are great.

The staff was excellent. Pickup was flawless. Phone ordering was painless.

My blood pressure immediately goes down when I walk in. There is a certain “zen” to the place. The staff is always friendly. I look forward to the day when the store is filled with “stuff” again.
