The staff is always efficient and attentive without being pushy. The products are of good quality, and the price is reasonable. Sure it's more expensive than some stores, but I think it's a good, honest business and I like to support it. Even though I can't afford to buy much other than food for birds right now, I enjoy looking around the store at the wonderful items for sale.
