I have always been greeted with warm, sincere words. I have known one of the employees for many years (Lisa) and she has always been helpful and so informative. Any question I have asked has been answered with exactly what I needed from any employee. The products have always had nature and environment at the top of the list which is exactly what I want. So many things make great gifts, including this year. The membership allows me to save money, which has always been important, but, now, with me being retired and husband being furloughed periodically, extremely helpful. Wild Birds Unlimited has made a difference in my life and the birds, butterflies, etc., that I feed and enjoy watching every day.

I thoroughly enjoy the selection of interesting items available in WBU Williamsburg. The owners and staff are professional, friendly, willing to help and they go the extra mile in service. I always enjoy interacting with them whether in store or curbside pickup.

Entering your store is like beginning a calming meditation! It is always such a pleasure to browse and shop in the environment you have created. Thank you for having wonderful products, knowledgeable staff and great prices.

Previously we discussed with staff what kind of seed works for the birds we want to feed and those we want to go away. Our preference is in the computer, and now that I'm not comfortable walking around the store, I can just call and reorder. I also appreciate that the phone number is on the board outside so that if you're busy I can call to let you know I'm outside.
