I've been a customer for many years. I return there because of the quality of merchandise, assistance when needed, offering (talks, special events) beyond the normal store hours, etc.

Our family loves shopping at the Williamsburg, VA store for all our wild bird needs! The staff are always welcoming and friendly and so helpful with every question we may have. They enthusiastically share in our love of caring for wild birds and always have great new information and tips to share. The owner does a great job choosing merchandise that suits our bird needs and also supports local businesses. Finally, we end up saving a good amount of money annually by subscribing as a member to buy large amounts of bird food. We always enjoy shopping for the birds with them!

They always have a great selection of all things Bird. I went to get a card for a friend who was not well. The Cathartic cards are so special. Everything there is so well displayed that sometimes I go just to look. And I leave happy.
