I LOVE this store!! AND I look forward EVERY TIME to seeing the people who work there! So helpful, fun and knowledgeable. My interest, affection and knowledge for my yard and water birds where I live has grown so much over the years with the immense help and enthusiasm of everyone who I’ve gotten to know at WBU in Williamsburg. They are are just really nice folks...🥰

Very easy. Had called but person who answered the phone helped me place order on line.

I purchased my bird feed and also signed up for the $25 club. I got a discount on my feed and THEN, if that wasn’t good enough, Kacey (I hope I spelled that correctly) called me personally to ask me what feed I would like for my free gift for joining the club. She was so very sweet and answered some of my questions and then we giggled together because I had a small fit because a new bird came to my feeder while we were on the phone! She even helped me identify the bird! SO AWESOME! Then I got my package, very quickly, and she had even taken the time to write me a personal note and gave me a sample of the bird butter stuff, to feed the new bird I saw on my feeder that day! THAT GIRL IS DOING IT RIGHT! Please, please, please give her a very big pat on the back, a raise, or something. She was great!

As always, everything was quick and efficient. This was my first time ordering online, and it was straightforward and easy. Everything was ready in a timely manner, and curbside pickup was a breeze.

Staff is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Lisa always carry’s my purchases out to my car. In addition, your staff is interested in the customer’s own birdwatching experiences.
