Kevin in the Williamsburg location was very friendly, knowledge and concerned of my price range and joy for starting this new hobby. I came in completing brand new to bird watching and Kevin gave me options of products to go along my wants and desires. He also helped out with price. As a new hobbyist, I didn't want to spend too much right away. But now that I have experienced a week of bird watching, I want to go back to the store and see what else I can get into.
