I received immediate help with a part that had broken off an existing feeder and the sad news that those feeders are no longer manufactured.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The gentleman that helped me clearly gave the impression that he not only likes birds but he likes people as well. I enjoyed the experience and look forward to shopping there again.

Only place I buy bird feed

It's a fun shop to go to. There are lots of temptations. I like the fact that my tastes in my purchases are already known.

I did my order from my car phone while at an appointment. I didn't have my notes on what I usually purchase, so they looked up my prior orders so I could make my choices easier.
