Knowledge of inventory and friendliness and helpfulness of staff

I have no bird knowledge at all and both times I went, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and genuine. They had you wait and knock before entering to make sure not too many people went in at the same time. I am now obsessed with birds and excited to learn more!

I was in and out quickly as I knew what I wanted and needed to renew my membership.

Easy. Fast.

The owner spend a lot of time with me explaining the different binoculars and how to use them. I was very appreciative of his time and interest.

Customer service is always top priority at WBU. I feel like they know me and are interested in my business. I've been shopping here for years and will continue.
