Manager is so friendly and knowledgeable

I appreciate the curb-side pickup during the pandemic. Looking forward to being able to go back inside by year's end; I always enjoy browsing and talking with the staff. I also look forward to the occasional Saturday morning lectures/classes where I always learn something useful.

Everyone there is just so great- friendly, knowledgeable, kind, helpful. No one is in your face (even though it’s a small shop) but very willing to help. I’ve also made phone calls, with bird related questions, many times and someone has always been able to answer and give suggestions. They are truly an asset to our community.

The staff is always friendly, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable - it's my favorite store to shop in. You have everything I need to feed the birds from my favorites to new products which has expanded my bird feeding and bird watching - thanks!
