The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I needed help deciding on a birdhouse and got all the information I needed from Val and Lisa. I hadn’t been in the store since sometime last year and even with a mask and no makeup, Lisa knew who I was. Kevin made sure to say hello too.

The store is always in stock on the products we use. I’m new to having feeders and learning about birds. Every question I ask is answered fully, even showing me pictures. I also feel safe with how the store complied with pandemic rules.

When I arrived and called to place the order, I was told they were too busy to take my order and put on hold. A nice young man, carrying out items to another car asked if I needed help. He took my order and credit card and came back with the item, card and receipt. He also put the item in my car. He turned what could have been a negative experience to a positive one.

I love this store! The people are so friendly and always have suggestions for any problems I mention. They know their merchandise very well and go to get it for you unless you want to look yourself. I like to look at the new stuff as there is always something which is pretty or clever or practical. I nearly always buy more than just the bird seed I came in for.
