Staff is always helpful and friendly. If you have an exchange or a problem with the merchandise or anything, the staff is helpful in solving and making you feel you are the only one that counts. Best place to shop for your feather friends.

I think WBU is the best place to buy bird food. The staff are always courteous, & helpful. From loading my cart in the store to helping me get everything out & in my car. The service is terrific!

I was waited upon quickly. Someone offered to carry my purchase out to the car if I needed help. I didn't!
