One of the reasons I came by (in addition to bird food) was to buy a replacement part for my Squirrel Buster feeder. Didn't realize that I should have brought the entire feeder along, but the staff looked up when I had bought it (2013), and ID'd the correct replacement part. 1) I expected to order the part and wait for delivery, and 2) I expected to *buy* the new part. So, Highly Satisfied that the part was in stock, and with learning of the Lifetime guarantee on the feeder.
