The store is convenient to my home. I've just started feeding birds and the store staff has been knowledgeable and helpful. We have received excellent advice on type of bird seed, how to maintain the bird feeder, feeder accessories, everything we needed. I specifically chose to do business with WBU since I am a novice with limited money. I am happy to potentially spend more at WBU than another pet store because of the knowledgeable staff.
