Knowledgeable, friendly staff, pleased to be of service. The store is laid out neatly, wide range of merchandise that is easily visible and accessible. The store location is great & being a preferred customer has great benefits & discounts.

I am consistently greeted warmly and asked if I need any help every time I enter the store. Whenever I need help, I am given guidance and support through the decision making process.

I always have a very good experience in your store. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The prices seem kind of high and I always seem to spend a lot of money when I come to the store. This visit I bought a cylinder of suet that wasn't quite round. I went through the choices and got the most round of those available, but it wouldn't fit in my feeder. I shoved it in as far as I could and there were still several inches sticking out the top and it shaved suet from the sides on the way in.
