Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, will answer all questions, & always have a huge variety of items to select from. I like saving on bfood etc. etc., as a member of their customer reward program & they send sale & event info.

Highest level of customer service. Have to travel 1 1/2 hours to get there, but otherwise would shop on a regular basis.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We are new to feeding birds and the staff was able to make wonderful suggestions and taught us things we would have never known otherwise.

It's always a welcoming atmosphere entering the store and we are always greeted while entering. The staff is knowledgeable of their products and a delight to talk with.
