I have always been pleased with this particular Wild Birds store. The staff is always friendly, personable and knowledgeable when I call or go in. Excellent customer service! They spoil me too delivering to our home allowing me to focus on other tasks.

Been buying bird food from this store for about 4 or 5 years now and love the different types of birds that come to my feeders as they show there happiness on the quality food

The products must be high quality, because they attract birds to my feeders. The products I wanted were available, and checkout was quick.

I asked the staff for some reason why my bluebird house had not attracted any bluebird families in the last three springs. I was asked for details about the location of the house and its cleanliness. Then a recommendation was made as to where I could relocate the pole and house. One of the staff offered to carry my purchase, a bag of bird seed, to the car. It was not necessary but was a kind offer.
