Staff greeted us in friendly, helpful manner. They immediately addressed our concern w/ completely satisfactory solution. Staff were personally experienced w/ birding issues. They answered our questions helpfully and directed us to just what we needed. Staff were great to show us alternative choices but not pushy to redirect us. Loved their down to earth helpful style.

the clerk who helped me was fantastic, very knowledgeable. She was a small, younger, girl/women; very positive, helped me with selecting my new bird feeders and laughed at my old ones. The owner/manager was there, as was an older woman. the older woman took my old feeders.

Great staff, called me when a portion of my order could not be filled with what I had order and they offered a very smart replacement. The order arrived via UPS promptly and was well packaged.
