I have been shopping there for years. The staff is very knowledgeable in what they tell about the different birds I ask about and the products I purchase.

The two employees were very knowledgeable about birds and feeding, they kept up with all my questions, gave great suggestions, made fun bird conversation and seemed to be having a good time working with each other which I love to see. I wish I could remember their names, they were two young men. They made an already warm atmosphere even better! (Also I could’ve bought everything in the store!)

Needed a cylinder and a bag of no-mess. Very efficient. Clerk very helpful
