Mobile coupon received was misleading and per store I was unable to use it for what I perceived to be the purpose of the coupon (which lead me to the store)

I can get birdseed at Rural King much cheaper including the shelled raw peanuts. Therefore, I do not buy the above at your store except the shelled peanuts I did buy this time.

I was satisfied. That’s a positive thing. I don’t have any complaints other than not having enough spicy hot pepper suet cylinders

The manager of the store should not ease drop on customer's conversations and then make unsolicited suggestions or rather offer suggestions based on what she thought she heard. If I need assistance or recommendations, I will politely ask an associate or manager.

I wanted a small container of mealworms. It wasn’t available.

Wanted painted Beautiful bird houses and bird baths that was there before there none of those there I have a tall Bird bath in my yard that I git from there that is Beautiful and I wanted another one, there were nothing like that in the store,and I wanted a bird bath, nothing like k e that either, very disappointing, I feel the store has gone down hill LOOKS LIKE ALL THE OTHER. STORES

The woman who initially tried to assist me(even after I declined assistance) coughed forcefully directly in my face. I made a joke about just got out of the hospital, don't want to go back. She hurried to the back room and I shopped in peace. The young man who checked me out wouldn't look for my online coupon, which I located after I got home. Have developed a terrible respiratory infection.

I bought an upside down yellow finch feeder. I have had one before although different brand. This one get morning moisture from dew and makes the seed rot before the birds can come. It has a terrible odor. It wasn't inexpensive, not sure if I can return it.
