I love your store and overall quality but I think your prices are too high. Also, I haven't had good luck with your top of the line bird feeders. The "Cadillac" version was too heavy when filled and pulled over my pole (your pole system, I might add). The next one (red metal, squirrel proof) was also too heavy when filled, very hard to clean the ports and the design allow the seed to get wet, thus clogging the ports. This time I went with a basic feeder, but that was $57!!!!!! I hope it lasts long enough to justify the price.

They always help me decide what I need, and let me look around to see what I might like on another visit. They answer all my questions. I like seeing the live feeds too.

Every time I go in there I am greeted by the staff done even know me by name. They are very helpful when I ask my questions whether it be about a bird, food or their feeders. I even asked about their books and they were very knowledgeable about all things I asked. Just feel like I’m amongst friends so when I walk through the door.
