I wanted a birdbath that wouldn’t get broken by raccoons. I was shown a variety of metal ones, and selected one. Clerks were very helpful.

Every time I come into the store I'm greeted (many times by name) and asked if I need assistance. I'm almost always able to find what I came in for (unless there's been a run on a specific product) and if I can't find it, they offer alternatives. There is always an offer to take my purchase to my car, as well. They are the gold standard for customer service!

The advice I was given was spot on. The pole system redo went as planned. The staff listened to my concerns (skunk issues) and they made concrete suggestions.

I hate the essay questions. Came to buy sunflower seeds. Bought sunflower seeds. Mission accomplished. What’s not to like ? Actually enjoy shopping at your store. Fun place to be. Folks are lovely. Get to talk birds. Very knowledgeable. Listen to my tales of battles with nest building squirrels. (I won the last battle).

I’m always greeted when I walk in the door. Staff is knowledgeable and offers suggestions when needed. Once I hadn’t been in for a while and I received a note from them checking to be sure I was doing ok. Well beyond your run of the mill store.

The clerk was friendly, helpful, and when we expressed an issue with squirrels and the finch feeder, he made a recommendation that was slightly contrary to the food recently purchased and stated he would take that back if within 30 days for exchange and when it was slightly over honored that due to my being a long-time customer. That was a great customer service.
