Every time I walk in I am greeted and asked if I need any help. I usually don't, so am left alone until check out which is nice. When I do have questions the staff is very knowledgeable and gives me advice and tips.

I have been a customer for many years. I have always been impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of your staff, and the quality of your products is unsurpassed. I will not buy food for my feathered friends anyplace else.
