I visit the store often so the staff knows me by name, they even ask about my dog. They are patient with my many questions and very knowledgeable. I love this store and all the staff. The owners are great.

We shopped during the fill a bag pre-sale event. The sore was packed with shoppers but there were 4-6 employees (that I saw) in hand to help out so we had individual attention and checkout was quick and easy. I wanted a particular pair of earrings that weren’t on display and the employee took the time to go through the stock to find them for me. The selection of gifts was even better than usual than usual—very impressive!

Several different staff members helped me with my order and all of them were very helpful. One also helped load my purchase on a cart and take it out to my car. I already recommended the store to two people based on my recent visit!

It is a happy place, and I always find what I need. The staff is sooo wonderful-like my personal friends!!!

The quality of products is great and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and willing to take the time and chat!!

Have been extremely happy (and so are my birds) with the blend I have been buying. However, I wanted to buy something that my winter visitors need. The employee who waited on my recommended a blend with fruit. Perfect blend for my winter birds!!! So happy with this choice.
