Really like the loyalty program! I had a birthday coupon and had lots of time to look over the merchandise. Checkout was quick, and, as always, my 20lb bag of bird seed was taken to my car for me.

I received free shipping/delivery becuase the order was over $75, and when I m ade an error on my online order, staff (jen) called me and was very nice to help me correct it. The order was delivered to my fromt porch within a day, and the birds are very happy.

Just walking into the store is a pleasure. So many beautiful things. It's pricy but worth it. Thanks.
