This was my husband & I first time visiting this Westerville location. I was looking for some hooks with screws that my husband could update our current bird feeders. Jordan assisted us and he was amazing. Jordan's customer service was unsurpassed & we highly enjoyed our visit to this particular store because Jordan took extra time with us. I had a lot of questions & advised us with his knowledge of the products. Another thing I really did appreciate is this location has enough staff to where you feel like you can ask questions without taking time away from another customer. Already looking forward to returning to this store & I hope Jordan is there when we visit again! Keep up the great work Jordan!!!
