Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Always have what I need and prices are pretty reasonable. I like the members program. If I have a large load the staff will take to the car for me. That’s good customer service.

The person who assisted me (I wish I remembered her name😞) was very personable and very knowledgeable. I told her I was having trouble with starlings eating the mealworms I was putting out for bluebirds. She showed me a barrier feeder, told me to clip some clothes pins to it for temporary perches and to be patient, that they would find the mealworms! Within 2 days they were enjoying their favorite meal! She really listened to me!
