Guy wasn’t sure of my question and ask the guy that is always there and he’s sooooo knowledgable !

I shop here multiple times a month. Everyone at the store is extremely friendly and helpful. There are no employees there - they all treat things as if they were the owner. I can pay no higher compliment. Love the store and the team members.

It was great! The cashier was very nice and she even helped me wrap the items I bought since they were for my mom who had an upcoming birthday, mothers day and is recovering from a surgery. It made my day!

I can enjoy birds and feeding them without deer, raccoons, squirrels gobbling up their food!!

Above all else, the staff is wonderful.

I have been to this store no less than 20 times. The experience is always the same. Staff is kind and knowledgeable. They are INCREDIBLY helpful. I cannot think of ANYWHERE, in my lifetime, (and I'm no spring chicken) that has provided such amazing customer service, time after time after time. I know retail is a thankless job, but KUDOS to all staff at Westerville Wild Birds Unlimited! Your kindness and love for our feathered friends does not go unnoticed!
