I love it that I can get year-round advice on feeding my backyard birds. The staff are always so knowledgeable and friendly. Super helpful!

I always have a great experience at the Westerville store. They are BY FAR the best wild bird store in the Columbus area. The salesperson was a new face and I can't remember her name, but was able to answer my questions and gave great customer service. I will be back and I tell all my friends in my book club that they should visit the Westerville store. Great job!

I have shopped in the store before but had not gotten a membership. I was offered a membership and many valuable perks, so I took advantage of it! Very happy with my selections and was pleased to have someone carry my bag of seed to the car.

In the recent past I bought a10" log with a hanging hook and the log has 3holes drilled in it where you fill with suit plugs. I told one of the employee's I would like it if it were longer with more holes for the suit plugs. The next day I got a phone call saying they checked with the maker and they are going to make some with a least 6holes and they are reserving one in my name.
